Visual offers clients an ultimate service
plan to further protect the capital investment a client
has made in presentation equipment. This extended
service and maintenance program is known as WarrantyPlus
and provides two very important elements of coverage above
and beyond the warranty programs from manufacturers.

The first element
of WarrantyPlus is on-site service
to repair or replace a defective piece of equipment.
If one of the components of a presentation system
becomes inoperative, some or all of the functionality of
the system could be lost until the defective equipment
is repaired. With this special service plan, a
quick response to an unexpected service issue is
guaranteed, thus minimizing the potential downtime of
the presentation system.

The second element
of WarrantyPlus is preventive maintenance,
which is comprised of two scheduled visits to the
client's site over a 12-month period to test, clean and
calibrate high-tech equipment in accordance with
specific recommendations by the manufacturers.
Preventive maintenance helps to maintain the
functionality of a presentation system and serves to
defend against premature aging of the equipment.
The cost of this
comprehensive service plan is on a per-year basis and
is based upon the total cost of the system at the time of
purchase. WarrantyPlus is an effective means of
providing cost control over the service and maintenance
requirements of equipment.
